What we collect

When you submit the form on this site we collect the information you type into it — first name, last name, email, phone, city, state, postal code, company, message, quantity, product type, service, grade — and the URL of the page you submitted from.

Our web host collects standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and basic operational monitoring. These are retained for 30 days.

What we do with it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your request. We will email you at the address you provide, and we may refer back to your submission if you reach out again.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do use a lead-management provider to store submissions — that provider does not share your data, either.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained for up to 5 years for customer-service history. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@charlotteibctotes.com.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. The only cookies that exist here are the ones technically required for the site to function (for example, remembering whether the menu was open).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us.

Updates to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the updated version here and, if the change is material, email customers who have reached out to us in the past 12 months.
